bullkelp

Bull Kelp

Bull Kelp is very common to find along beaches in the pacific north west, and is absolutely edible. It’s best when dried or roasted. This is a great source of food as these are in fact the fastest growing plants in the world!

nori

Purple Laver Nori

This is that same delicious stuff that is commonly used in sushi. Again tastes great roasted but this one is also fairly easy to digest even raw because of how thin they themselves are.

sealettuce

Sea Lettuce

This stuff is also thin enough to eat and easily digest raw. Another very common seaweed of the pacific north west coast area.
